Welcome

From our first telephone conversation with Ted he was friendly, knowledgeable and understood what we needed. We wanted a house with a lot of downstairs bedrooms and we saw a floor plan online that we liked. Ted made this become a reality and everything went really, really smoothly and within the timescale he promised. He was always personally available to us and while respecting our opinions was happy to make suggestions about the design if we needed some guidance. We like our home to have a comfortable and relaxed vibe; somewhere our family can just hang out and everyone involved in our building really understood this. Ted kept a close eye on his team of contractors, regularly checking on their progress – it really felt like a joint project between our family and them.
